Whether you are new to the Breed ring or a
seasoned veteran, you and your dog will benefit from the expertise of our
talented instructor.
Miki Cooney was a professional handler for 35 years. She has shown some of the top dogs in the country and has finished champions from all seven groups. Among her accomplishments are many National Specialty Best in Shows, and numerous group wins. She specialized in coated breeds and hard coated terriers.
More recently Miki has obtained her AKC license to judge Junior Showmanship. She had judged all breed matches and has judged sweepstakes at National and Regional Specialties. In 2004 it will be her honor to judge Irish Terrier Sweepstakes at the prestigious Montgomery County Kennel Club.
Breed Handling classes are held each Wednesday night (unless it falls on a major Holiday), from 7:30—8:30pm.
The cost is $15.00 for the hour.
If you wish to bring additional dogs, you may do so; the cost is just $5.00 per dog (same handler).
